All personal information entered on the HiRecruit website will
be held in strict confidence. In addition to the privacy protection
laws of the Republic of China, HiRecruit will also handle and
protect your personal information according to the most rigorous
and concrete methods available. In the event of any inappropriate
or illegal use of personal information, HiRecruit will take all
necessary legal action to protect and ensure the privacy of our
members.

Personal
data provision, timing and usage methods: |

When you have completed the
HiRecruit data entry and registration process according to
the membership instructions, the HiRecruit system will save
your data to file. After the data has been verified, Recruiters
and Talent may enter the member's area (users must enter a
special HiRecruit designated user name and password to enter).
Once in the member's area,
members can modify their resumes or vacancy announcements
for matching. Match results can be sent via email to matching
members, or members may directly access relevant information
in the Member Services area.
We'll send the newsletter to your email address and for identification
and for information transmission purposes, when subscribing
for the HiRecruit. |

Personal
data provision, timing and usage methods: |

If you need to modify your data
at a later time, we provide an editing function under the
HiRecruit Member Services area.
Simply follow the instructions on the website to update and
manage your profile. Prior to entering the Member Services
area, you must supply your correct HiRecruit member name and
password.
If you forget your password, you may enter your personal password
reminder on the "forgot your password" page.
Members may also change their passwords at any time.
The first time information is registered with the system,
HiRecruit service personnel will check the data to ensure
completeness.
If contact information is incomplete or incorrect, we reserve
the right to delete or suspend service. Additionally,
HiRecruit service personnel will input or update information
provided by you according to your requirements. |

HiRecruit will maintain confidentiality
of all personal contact data entered on the website.
To defend against illegal intrusion into the HiRecruit system,
alteration, copying or destruction of data, we have installed
a firewall system, and have assigned dedicated personnel to
the administration and maintenance of the database. |

audience selection: |

HiRecruit selects target members
via a strict filtering system to ensure that your personal
privacy and your personal data are protected, so that our
members can register without fear of inappropriate disclosure
of their information.
Detailed talent resumes will only be available for view by
registered member Recruiters, and will not be openly published
on the website. Likewise, detailed company information for
Recruiters will only be supplied to appropriate Talent members |

Outside

In the event that judicial or
law enforcement authorities require access to member data,
we will supply the specified member's data in order to comply
with relevant legal requirements.
In the event that a prosecutor's office or court of law requests
assistance, we will also accommodate their requests and provide

HiRecruit reserves the right to modify the content of this
privacy policy. No individual notification will be made
of any such policy changes, however, the revised content
will be made publicly available on the website for your
