Kalitko Uladzimir
Chief Designer
EnresTec International Inc.
The most notable figure in the R&D team of EnresTec International is the Chief Designer from Belarus (a country located east of Poland in Eastern Europe), who has been working closely with a group of hard-working engineers in the Taiwan plant.
Kalitko Uladzimir, according to his peers, is a highly committed expat who takes his work with utmost importance and devotion, imparting his skills and knowledge for the benefit of the company. Kalitko finds great fulfillment in his job as a technical designer and is pleased with his vast contribution. “It is very interesting to see how a complicated machine is being built from my design – from nothing to something,” said Kalitko proudly. Thanks also to a team of dedicated engineers who not only continue to give their 100 percent support but are readily available to assist him in his needs. Kalitko finds working with Taiwanese easy and comfortable because “they are fast, efficient, diligent, and are willing to work long hours whenever necessary.”
Kalitko’s wealth of experience and expertise enabled him to be chosen and recommended for this important task of high tech designing. Working for EnresTec has indeed confirmed his superior skill as a designer, having been acknowledged and commended for his outstanding performance. His passion for his profession is exemplified through the lengthy hours he puts in daily in his work. Although he hasn’t seen much of the sights around the island, he expressed his delight to be here in Taiwan and is grateful for the unique opportunity of meeting people and knowing the Taiwanese culture and lifestyle.
Working for EnresTec is truly a rewarding learning experience as he gradually discovers certain technologies, which are new to him, are available here in Taiwan. “Taiwan has a reputation for high tech so it is a good place to develop new technologies. I am glad to be in Taiwan and I wouldn’t mind staying here long term.”
