Welcome to the HiRecruit overseas hi-tech talent recruitment website(hereinafter referred to as the "HiRecruit website").
The HiRecruit website is run on behalf of the Industrial Development and Investment Center, Ministry of Economic
Affairs (MOEA), with the aim of recruiting overseas talent to work in Taiwan, thereby promoting the upgrading of
Taiwanese industry.
Please read through the following information carefully. It will help you to use the HiRecruit website more effectively.
It also explains your rights and obligations with respect to the HiRecruit website.
1.All of the services provided by the HiRecruit website are provided free of charge,with the aim of recruiting overseas
talent to come and work in Taiwan.
All job seekers are requested to fill out their personal details honestly and accurately if they wish to become
members of the HiRecruit website.
After a job seeker has sent his/her personal details to the HiRecruit website,HiRecruit will review the job seeker's
qualifications for membership of the site.
This review process will normally take 3-5 working days, and job seekers will be notified of the results by e-mail.
Only those job seekers that successfully complete the review process will be accepted as members and thus be able
to enjoy the various services that are available to members.
2.Once a job seeker has become a member of the HiRecruit website, the website will automatically transmit the resme
and other information submitted by the job seeker to companies that are seeking to recruit new employees.
In addition,companies can use the HiRecruit website's Members Zone to search through job seekers' resumes.
3.When filling our contact details, job seekers must give their real name, passport number, telephone number,
e-mail address, and home address. They may not use the name or contact details of another individual, nor may they
give false information.
If the contents of a job seeker's resume are incomplete, exaggerated, ludicrous,or inaccurate, then the
HiRecruit website reserves the right not to post the resume in question on its website.
4.A job seeker may post only one resume on the HiRecruit website. The website's system will automatically eliminate
any duplicate resume. Once a job seeker's resume has been posted on the HiRecruit website, the job seeker shall
have the right to use the website's resume maintenance function and to make adjustments to the resume content
by his/herself,unless the job seeker has been blacklisted by the website.
5.Job seekers must remember their own PIN number. Once a job seeker has found a job,he/she is required to notify
HiRecruit by telephone, fax, or e-mail, and to have the respective resume taken off the site.
6.Job seekers understand that the placing of a resume on the HiRecruit website does not imply that HiRecruit is under
any obligation or bears any responsibility in the event that a job seeker fails to find a job, or in the event of
a dispute arising between a job seeker and a company seeking to fill a job vacancy. No claims or requests will be
entertained, and job seekers may not disseminate information that could be harmful to the reputation of the
HiRecruit website.
7.HiRecruit shall have the right to modify the rights and obligations listed in this document at any time.
The announcement of such modifications will be made on the HiRecruit website. HiRecruit will not issue separate
modifications to individual members.
